I have fished here since I was a kid. You never know what you are going to reel in. Could be a sheephead as we did today or you could catch a salmon, trout, bass, sunfish, carp, catfish or eel. All depends on the time of year.
Boat launching is available near parking if you wish to go at it from a boat, but you do not require one for this spot.
It would be nice to see what you all pull out of here.
Good luck and tight lines.
Recommended tackle: We used worms for the sheephead but spoons work good in the fall and spring.
Recommended fishing methods: Almost any type due to the variety of fish in this area.
