The West Theatre in Cedartown, Georgia opened with "Three Sons O'Guinn" in Aug of 1941 and was owned by the LAM Amusement Co. It is a classic Art Deco structure.
The theatre was refurbished in the 1970's, but maintains its original appearance. Twin screens were added in 1986 with the original screen still in place behind the new ones.
The theatre is still running and if you time your visit right, you might be able to take in a movie while your there.
