This place is pretty beat up. The landscaping is overgrown and they are temporarily out of money. They will undoubtedly be bailed out soon as they are still a much needed component of our county.

I used to swim here a long time ago. I saw this written on the net:
Camden and Voorhees YMCA's were mis-managing funds and that's ashamed because the communities are the going to hurt behind this. Both facilities had child care services which are in danger of closing. But I'm not shocked as many people are of this news because I used to work for one of these Y's and I saw firsthand the poor management of funds and not enough effort placed on membership and such.

I know some local freeholders who work in our county are making bids on the place as theythink it is very valuable to the community and they want it reopened as soon as possible.
