Zagreb Zoo is located in over 200 years old Maksimir Park. The Zoo is established in 1925. Currently it has 275 different species on about 7 ha of land area. Zagreb Zoo is opened during whole year. Working hours of the Zoo during summer are 9.00 to 20.00, and during winter 9.00 to 16.00. Admission fee for adults is 30 kunas, for children 7-14 y.o. is 20 kunas, and for younger children the entrance is free.
