Carousel Center Mall (Food Court) - Syracuse, N.Y. - Wi-Fi Hotspots on Waymarking.com

The food court of the Carousel Mall has several signs hanging down from the overhead cross beams that indicate that basically the entire food court area is wi-fi capable. There must be seating for at least 300-400 people in this food court, however, when I was there, I didn't see one person with a laptop on their tables. I am sure, though, that it does get some use, perhaps during the weekdays, with the lunch crowd.
