This bridge used to carry trains over Brooklyn St in Cumberland Gap, KY. In the 1900s, it was converted to carry walkers and bikers. At that time, a wooden cover was added to it.

In the 1800s, the L & N railroad built this bridge to cross Brooklyn St in Cumberland Gap, KY. In the 1900s, the tracks were removed and the bridge was converted for use by walkers and bikers. At that time a wooden cover was added to the bridge.
