Tallest building in Washington, tallest by number of floors west of the Mississippi. Originally designed to be 1,005 feet, the FAA insisted it be shortened because of a flight path to SeaTac Airport. The number of floors was retained by shortening the floor-to-floor height by 6 inches.
The view from the observation deck is stupendous.
