Well, if I had to guess which crazy critters these dudes are, I would go with a huge squirrel chasing a cat! But that is just a guess.
We were driving through Lyons, New York geocaching when we came to Lock 27. Now my son and I love to stop at the locks and see if a boat is "locking through". One was, so I took some photo's and then I noticed the weathervane! Just had to snap a few of that since we laughed out loud at the two critters!
