Sharffen Berger makes chocolate from essential high-quality ingredients. The company was founded in 1996 by sparkling-wine maker John Scharffenberger and physician Robert Steinberg. Despite being purchased in 2005 by Hershey, the quality of the chocolate does not seem to have declined.
