This pier was construction in 1989 utilizing the foundations of an old Grand Trunk Railroad Bridge. It is part of the Riverwalk in Bay City.
My wife and I visited this park and the pier when we overnighted in Bay City on our way to Mackinac Island to celebrate our 25th Anniversary.
