ABOUT 5.5 MILES SOUTH ALONG THE DALLES-CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY FROM BEND, DESCHUTES COUNTY, ABOUT 500 FEET WEST OF MILEAGE 146.9, AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY BRIDGE OVER THE ARNOLD DITCH, IN THE TOP OF THE ABUTMENT.
