With over 20,000 square feet of floor space, the BC Sports Hall of Fame and Museum serves several objectives.
It honours and respects BC's long and rich sports heritage. It protects this heritage by collecting artifacts and stories from the members of the hall and contributions from people who are or have been involved in sport in some fashion.
It develops programs to educate the public about BC's sports heritage. Through the displays of the Hall, both static and interactive, they again educate, entertain, and inspire visitors with the achievements of individual athletes, teams, and the people who help develop and promote sport in BC and beyond.
The BC Hall of Fame also offers scholarships to amateur athletes who are in Grade 12 and are planning their post-secondary education in a BC institution.
The address is BC Place Stadium, 777 Pacific Boulevard South Vancouver, BC. The Hall of Fame is beside Gate "A" of BC Place Stadium and is easily accessed from Beatty Street.
