The Macon County Confederate Memorial is located in a small park adjacent to the Macon County Courthouse Square. The Memorial was erected and dedicated in 1906 by the United Daughters of the Confederacy to honor the Confederate Soldiers of Macon County, Alabama.
The memorial inscriptions read:
