The Edward F. Niehaus House is a City of Berkeley landmark. Located in West Berkeley formerly known as the Oceanview neighborhood, it is the largest and most elaborate of Victorian homes in the area. A three story tower is of its distinctive features as are the cheerful sunflower motifs adorning the second floor windows.
