Surprisingly, this is a contributing structure, although its appearance belies its historical significance. Today, the building is home of Burleigh's Paint & Paper. They have been in business since 1979. Unfortunately, I cannot find anything remarkable about this building.
The narrative mailed to me from Washington, D.C. is equally unimpressive:
"c.1925. 1-story brick commercial building with cast stone and aluminum-sided shop front embellished by shake pent. Colonial Revival alterations from mind-20th century. - Contributing.”
