This standard Cupola caboose was built in Altoona, PA in 1941. It served the Pennsylvania Railroad until it was retired, restored, and placed in Ada, Ohio. It sits next to the Ada passenger depot along a former Pennsylvania RR (now CSX) main-line. The caboose was restored and painted in colors similar to those used when it was built. It is a class N5B caboose, and carries the number PRR 477779. It was formerly number CR22834 when it was retired as a Conrail caboose.
