This flatiron building was originally called the Fairbanks building back in the 1860's, with Court Street on one side and Arsenal Street on the other side. The small end of the flatiron points towards the park in the center of the citys' historic district. The building is still in active use today, as there is a Subway Restaurant on the small end and several other business' on both sides at the wider end of the building.
