This historic building was built in 1850 using designs drawn up by
Otis Wheellock, and build by Watertown native Loveland Paddock.
Inside you will find the oldest continuously operated indoor mall
(Arcade) in the United States. It was placed on the National
Register of Historic Places in 1976.
