Constructed around 1851, it is one of the earliest buildings in the Stanislaus County. With large iron doors, the building served the town as a post office, stage stop, Wells Fargo office, bank, and warehouse.
It currently houses a museum. The sign says the museum is open on Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
