This is the last stop prior to going into California. The geocache is GCQVWP. At the set of coordinates above you can park and get the leaving Oregon sign, then you can walk to N42 00.315 W122 36.938 and take a picture of the welcome to California sign. There is also a beautiful vista of the valley below.
