Check out Waterfalls of California for a really god description.

Grizzly Creek is a small river in Kings Canyon, emptying into the Kings River. It is mostly fed by snow melt, so the best time to see this fall is in spring as soon as Kings Canyon Road opens completely (around end of April). When we visited the fall, it was in full glory but unfortunately it was a rather windy day so our pictures are somewhat blurry. However it was fun getting wet in the mist!
