This house, or at least the landscaping, definitely needs a haircut! This is the one and only historical site of which I was completely unimpressed. I cannot foresee this house lasting as long as the other ones unless someone puts some effort into reclaiming it to its former status.

Located at 71 East Second Street in downtown Moorestown, this is one of 351 contributing buildings/structures to this historic district.

The Department of the Interior sent me information on this entire area but this is the one and only place that does not match up with the narrative. I can only guess that since 1989, when it was written, the owners have decided to make the place look worse and get rid of everything that was once there.

This is definitely a contributing structure to the historic district. It is a two-story home with vertical wood boarding on the bottom and similar horizontal wood boarding on the second story. The three windows on the second floor are devoid of character and shutters while the two on the bottom have louvered shutters. The front door is unremarkable and there is an asphalt roof. The house is red.
