This toll-house is a grade II listed Victorian building. It is on the A390 west of Callington where the road crosses the River Lynher. It is thought that this toll-house replaced the original building when the road was re-aligned. The toll-house was owned by the Trustees of the Callington Turnpikes. It is now a private residence.
