"Ta Ha Zouka" is believed to be a translation of the name of an Omaha Indian chief meaning Elk's Horn or Horn of the Elk. Ta Ha Zouka Park, 95 acres located along the Elkhorn River on the south edge of Norfolk, features has a large lagoon with this fountain. The lagoon,(which has been recently renovated) and other features of the park were originally constructed by the WPA in the 1930s.
