This church is located on the grounds of the Holy Trinity Monastery in St. David, AZ. The monastery is private property but visitors are welcome.

The construction of the church began on December 12, 1974 when a groundbreaking ceremony took place. The church was dedicated on June 24, 1981. The building is surrounded by a garden with numerous ornamental plantings. A stucco wall encloses the garden and church yard.
