Each monument is an aluminum disk set in concrete. Each disk has been set in a concrete cylinder, usually set flush with the ground. Or the disk has been set in existing concrete, such as an existing concrete curb, sidewalk or catch basin. Every monument disk has been stamped with a small triangle, the center point in the triangle is the survey point.
This disk is actually unreadable due to what appears to be an poor placement allowing the cement of the monument to cover a large part of the disk.
