Station is the horizontal bar of a chiseled 'T' in the vertical northeast face of the granite base of the northeast lion statue (the one on the right when facing the entrance to the library), 0.3 feet northwest of the east corner of the base and 2.4 feet above the concrete apron in front of the building.
