Vet-I-Care Animal Hospital was started in 1984 as a satellite clinic of a much larger facility. As a satellite it was very limited in the services it could provide. In 1994, as the population of the area grew, the physical plant was increased. Unfortunately, Vet-I-Care was still not properly equipped. In September of 1998, Dr. Greshake purchased the client base of Vet-I-Care. With this purchase, rejuvenation took place. Vet-I-Care was no longer a small secondary clinic, it was now a primary hospital. The name was changed from Vet-I-Care Animal Clinic to Vet-I-Care Animal Hospital to highlight this increased level of service. In addition, 1998 saw a move of the physical plant from a rented space to a freestanding building that was purchased by Vet-I-Care. Vet-I-Care is now located on the Eastside of Old Saint Augustine Road where it intersects with Hood Road In addition, Vet-I-Care has added a great deal of state of the art equipment. These changes allow them to offer superior care. They now offer all services including boarding, vaccinations, radiographs, diagnostics, surgery, etc. Their goal is to provide the best care possible for your pet, while at the same time working with and understanding the needs of the pet owner.
