This grave is interesting because it is located in a place where people take their trash and recyclables. Not much is known about this soldier other than he served as a private in Company K 19th Georgia Infantry Confederate States of America. His marker lists the dates of 1842-1863. The major battle actions in this area occured a year after his death so it is unlikely that he died of battle wounds here but possibly somewhere else and was brought here for burial.
