[EN] The church is dedicated to the two saints Cosmas and Damian, physicians originally from Asia Minor (Modern Turkey), who graciously curied the sick, both humans and animals. It was built on the location of ancient gallo-roman foundations.

Returning from the crusades, the count Jean de Beaumont carried the relics of the brothers Cosmas and Damian to Luzarches in 1160. It was partially reconstructed in the 16th and 19th centuries.

The renaissance portal, erected in the 16th century, is attributed to the architect Nicolas Saint-Michel from the Paris region. Underneath the porch, medallions depict the life of Cosmas and Damian, martyred under the reign of the empoeror Diocletian. The bell tower is mainly in the Romanesque style with one story built in a Renaissance style.
