This clock was mounted on the corner of the building when the Bank occupied it between 1910 and 1961.

The bank building was expanded in 1926, and the clock was on the corner at that time. Photos taken at various times through history can be found [here] and [here]. The clock was not on the building in 2004 when XTO Energy bought it. According to an article in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram [link], they acquired the clock through a charitable donation and mounted it back on the building where it stands today.
