Sign says - "Dedicated to all farmers and Ag related business folks that have lived thru the 'Agricultural Crash' of the 1980's." Put there by Merv & Phyllis Eastwold, owners of the nearby Norwegian Implement Company. A memento of the "Farm-Aid" era.
