While it says "Operation Iraqi Freedom" it's dedicated "to all who fought and lost their lives in conflicts around the world in peace and wartime past and present." The seals of all the military branches are depicted (along with the P.O.W. symbol). "Erected by the Illinois Motorcycle Community" as part of the Illinois Motorcycle Freedom Run on June 22, 2003.
