FOB Delta is a Coalition Forces Forward Operating Base (FOB) located in Al Kut, Iraq. It was one of Saddam Hussien's Royal Airforce Bases and used as his primary flight training base. Since it is located in a war zone and is a controlled access area, visitors will need the appropriate identification necessary to gain access. This sign is located at the helicopter pad and welcomes arrivals to the base.
