Dedicated this Fifteenth day of May Nineteen Hundred and Eighty Five as a memorial to the Wichita Falls police officers who have given their lives in the line of duty for the citizens of Wichita Falls and to all the peace officers that have made the ultimate sacrifice while serving their fellow man.
