This capsule is in a kind of weird place. I think it is here not so much as a capsule but to also as a remembrance of one of our former schools. The entire area has been build into a comprehensive playground with basketball courts, ball fields, gazebo, picnic areas, playgrounds and other amenities.

The time capsule was placed in 1978 to commemorate the demolishment of the school, which stood here since 1928 (50 years). It is a fifty year time capsule, scheduled to be opened in 2028. It was placed by our mayor and town council.
