Recovery note by National Geodetic Survey 1992 0.6 km (0.35 mi) southwesterly along US Highway 70 (Summer Avenue) from the junction of US Highway 64 (Stage Road) in Bartlett, 31.2 m (102.4 ft) southwest of the southwest corner of a boat store building at 6737 Summer Avenue, 28.4 m (93.2 ft) southeast of the centerline of the highway, 16.5 m (54.1 ft) northwest of a chain-link fence, 11.9 m (39.0 ft) southwest of the center of the boat store entrance road, 11.7 m (38.4 ft) southeast of the southeast end of a sign, 7.5 m (24.6 ft) northeast of a 30-inch pecan tree, 0.6 m (2.0 ft) below the level of the highway, and the monument is recessed 0.03 m (0.10 ft) below the ground surface.
