This benchmark disk is easily found on the concrete sidewalk leading to the pedestrian walkway of the Brattleboro-Hinsdale bridge over the Connecticut River, and by the Riverview Cafe.

Mark found in good condition, though due to exposure to the elements and pedestrian traffic, wear is visible on the face.
The top of the mark identifies it as a "State of Vermont Survey Mark", Agency of Transportation, with the name "Riverview 1996" embossed around a triagle surrounding a point.
To find the mark, from Brattleboro Center, go south on US 5 to the intersection with Route 119 and Route 142. Turn left toward Route 119 (West), following the road down hill past the Brattleboro Art Museum on the right and to the Brattleboro-Hinsdale Bridge and the mark, at the entrance to the bridge, on the left about 1/10 mile from the intersection. The mark is on a concrete sidewalk slab at the west end of the bridge in front of the pedestrian walkway on the north (up river) side of the bridge, near the Riverview Cafe.
The mark is not on any known accessible database, but is near a mark AB7405 (NGS database and Geocaching Benchmark database), which is on an abutment on the south side of the west end of the bridge (not personally recovered, but others have logged recoveries).
I had mistaken this for the above marker and, rather than read the description for AB7405, I stopped, took my pictures, and moved on.
