Opened in 1926 as Lincoln Fields, the Balmoral Park Race Track originally ran thoroughbred horses.

Slowly over time, the race course transformed itself into a harness racing track where, today, it is licenced to only run harness racing.

It does, however, provide a site for simulcast wagering for many other race tracks throughout the US and Canada.
Types of Races: Harness Racing

Racing Season: From: 01/01/2008 To: 12/31/2008

Year Opened: 01/01/1926

Additional Information:
There is live harness racing on Sunday (6:30 post), Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday (7:20 post). This schedule excludes most holidays, Super Bowl Sunday, and a Summer Hiatus from late June through early August. Simulcast wagering is available almost every day starting at 11:00 a.m.
