This aluminum pipe cap marker is placed at a property corner separating USDA Forest Service land from Department of Energy Land. It is located about 50 feet below the south edge of the steep and deep Los Alamos Canyon, and can be accessed by hiking a short distance from the Los Alamos National Laboratory's new Security Perimeter bypass road connecting West road to Camp May Trail. This marker is not for you if you are not comfortable with working your way down a steep and slippery slope. Use due caution here!
