Hua Hin's fishing pier is mostly popular with the local fishermen, but it does seem to get quite a bit of business from the expats who have retired there and spend their mornings dangling a line. There's no charge to go on the pier but there is a checking station on the way out to have your fished checked for "health" is how it translated which could mean a lot of things. Noticed a few bike riders scurrying down to the end as well. Nice spot to view the boats in the gulf.
