The railway line along the Plym valley closed north of Marsh Mills near Plymouth in 1962. The route has been re-opened as a walking and cycling path. The path still crosses the bridge. The journey along the Plym valley has some spectacular scenery. It must have been a joy to see the views when traveling by train in years gone bye. The cyclist and the walker can still enjoy this trip today.
