I ran across this one and several other water tanks on the way home from the Geodetic Center Tour 2008.
This water tank is also just west of the infamous Meades Ranch the starting point for the NAD 27 map coordinates.
This tank is listed as a benchmark KG0659.
There are many great geocaches to visit in the area as well.
So Dorthy were back in Kansas for a short while.
And climbing that hill to MECCA seemed like we were in OZ.
