The hall of fame for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences is located inside Disney's Hollywood Studios at Disney World.

The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, commonly known as the Emmys, honors between 5-7 people each year who have made extraordinary contributions to television. The first ceremony was in 1984 and celebrated the careers of Lucille Ball, Milton Berle, Paddy Chayefsky, Norman Lear, Edward R. Murrow, William S. Paley and David Sarnoff. The 17th induction ceremony held in December of 2006 inducted Tom Brokaw, James Burrows, Leonard Goldberg, Regis Philbin, William Shatner.

The Hall of Fame is located within Disney's Hollywood Studios in Disney World. The busts of several of those inducted can be found in the plaza area. In the rear are 17 plaques naming all those who have been inducted.
Hours of Operation:
Varies by day of the week and time of the year. Generally from 9AM-8PM, but later in the summer months.


Admission Prices:
Since it is within a Disney World park, prices vary greatly depending on the type of ticket purchased, length of ticket, and various options that can be added on. There is no separate admission to the hall of fame, it is included with park admission.
