The neon sign for the Red Coconut Club is very dynamic in nature. "Red" and "Coconut" are both made of light bulbs surrounded in orange neon. "Club" is made only of orange neon. There is also yellow vertical tubes of neon on the side that faces out into the mezzanine. At the top, palm tree branches are made of green neon. Alongside the large sign is a much smaller neon sign with the words "Dancing and Cocktails Nightly" in white neon.

There is also a smaller sign at the entrance with only the word "Club" in yellow neon.
