This statue is on the campus of the Pender Veterinary Clinic. He (or she?) was placed there when they remodeled the parking lot. The bandana shown in the picture is from mid-March, for St. Patrick's Day; if you visit please feel free to take pictures with other outfits! This MIGHT be Buddy, who is commemorated in the main Pender waiting room (upstairs).
