The Historical Museum is located in the Historic Water Tower, The Village Green, 914 Hillgrove Avenue, in the center of Western Springs. The Water Tower is listed in The National Register of Historic Places in 1981.
There is a Children's Museum on the 3rd Floor of the Tower Museum with hands–on activities for children of all ages.
