This is the only antique store left in the uptown area in Oxford. About 20 years ago, there were at least 4 antique stores. (After all- this is a college town, there is more of a demand for the pubs and coffee houses.)
Nevertheless, you can get a quick tour of Oxford's and Miami University's past by walking through this shop. The owner has many pieces (signs, photographs, clothing) of Miami's past on display and for sale. Notice the Redskins sign in the picture. Miami dropped the "offensive" mascot name for the more politically correct "Redhawks." Alumni love this shop when in town for the Annual Alumni Weekend- because they can pick up on their memories here -for they will ever and always be "Redskins."
