Monroe County had placed a historical marker here, the only part remaining is the post, hopefully it is being refurbished. The marker read:
Settled in 1819 by Thomas
Warrant, coppersmith and
abolitionist. This home
used as station on the
Underground Railroad.

Thomas Warrant was founder of the Rochester Anti-Slavery Society.
