Quick Description: This area is off Race Track Road near an old Cypress Swamp. This is one of those areas that the locals know about and therefore does not have any signage.

Long Description:
As a young boy my husband and his family would come out here to fish after his Dad got off of work in the evenings. They would use the old bamboo poles with worms as bait. They used to catch brim. We went there the other day and there was an elderly couple fishing in the same fashion. It was nice to see some things never change.

A word of warning: because of the swampy conditions be aware of snake possibilities.
